1. What are the office hours for the General Office?

5. Where can I find information on the school bus services for my child?
Please contact the school’s appointed school bus operator at +65 6483 7260 or email admin@btntan.com directly to make arrangements for your child’s school bus services.
6. How can I purchase school uniforms and textbooks for my child?
You may purchase your child’s school uniforms and textbooks from the school bookshop at the end of the year, between November and December. The school textbook and stationery lists will be given to your child during the last week of school in November. You may make ad-hoc purchases of the textbooks at the school bookshop during the school term between 2.00 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.

7. What are the operating hours of the school dental clinic?
The school dental services will be available on scheduled dates from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Please contact our dental therapist at +65 8940 6503 to schedule an appointment.
8. How can I make a claim for my child’s accident in the school or during school activities?
You may approach the General Office for a claim form and submit the necessary supporting documents (e.g. original medical bills, doctor’s medical certification and reports) together with the claim form back to the school. The insurer will liaise with you on matters relating to your child’s accident and claim procedures. If you have any queries on the policy coverage and claim procedures, please call the insurer, NTUC Income, directly at +65 6332 1133.
9. How should I inform school if there is a change of home and mailing address?
Please inform the staff at General Office who will advise you on the form(s) and supporting document(s) to submit.
10. What must I do if I need to bring my child/ ward home early?
Parents/guardians fetching their child from school must report to the office and fill in the necessary form before leaving the school compound. Students will only be allowed to leave the school premises early if accompanied by their parents/guardians. You should also inform the school bus driver if your child goes home via school bus.
Financial Assistance
11. My child is a Singapore Citizen and I am experiencing financial difficulty in paying for my child’s fees. What should I do?
If you need financial assistance, you may wish to consider the MOE Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS). The MOE FAS is a scheme to assist needy Singaporean families in meeting essential school expenses so that every child can have the opportunity to complete their education. Eligible families may submit an application form and the required supporting documents to the school. The school will process your application and inform you on the outcome of your application.

School Admissions/ Transfers
12. How can I register my child for the Primary One Registration Exercise in the school?
The Primary One Registration Exercise is an exercise for a child to register for a Primary One place in a mainstream school. It is tentatively conducted between July and August each year. You can register your child for the Primary One Registration Exercise only during the period of exercise and the phase that you are eligible for registration. Please refer to the MOE website for information on the registration phases and procedures.

13. How can I request a transfer of my child to the school?
You may obtain a form from the General Office and submit the completed form to the school. As admission is subject to availability of vacancies, the school will contact you if there is a vacancy for your child.
Alternatively, you may wish to refer to https://beta.moe.gov.sg/primary/transfers/ and MOE will assist in the facilitation of the school transfer.
Parent Support Group (PSG)
14. My child is currently studying in the school and I wish to contribute my service as a parent volunteer. How can I join the PSG?

15. What are the areas of service that I can contribute as a parent volunteer?
Parent volunteers can support the school in various areas such as reading programs, pupil wellness, parenting support, chaperons for learning journeys. For more information, please drop us an email at oasis_ps@moe.edu.sg and we will respond to you.
School-based Student Care Centre
16. Does the school have a school-based Student Care Centre?

18. What are the components of the after-school programme?
The programme consists of various components such as homework guidance and supervision, enrichment activities, in-house counselling for parents and students, as well as holiday activities and outings during the June and December holidays.
